Immediate Relaxation |

Ιmmediate Relaxation does not
mean rushing relaxation but efficient in terms of prompt results. Often we
need a method when we realize that we have accumulated tension. We
may feel the tension in specific parts of the body. We need a method
to overcome tension,
stress and
anxiety where we locate them.
That is when we need "Immediate Relaxation". Perhaps we could name it
"Relaxation on key energy points". "Immediate Relaxation" acts on
specific energy points. Many of these points are related to the seven
Chakras and secondary Chakras (bio-energy). Usually in these important
points energy is blocked when we feel tension. We open these points
and soften them to release energy again and make it flow freely. Depending
on the needs and the time available we increase or decrease the number of
points we will be working on, or we specify where everyone accumulates
intensity and stress. It is easier to remove
tension and
stress
with these specific key points. The success of the method lays on that
we use the chakras, the energy points (Tsubos) the meridians of the Shiatsu
and
Yoga
Nidra
all integrated and combined in the "Immediate Relaxation". The result is
a unique experience of deep and immediate relaxation. While we
relax we are filled with energy because we activate these energy points,
the seven major and minor chakras. Because the technique of Relaxation
on key energy points adjusts in time we practice it also at the yoga
lessons we give in our
Yoga Center in Athens Greece.
We also have courses in specialized meditation to open the
connection with the Chakra. It is a
guided meditation
with assembly points in the chakra meditation lessons. The
yoga exercises (asanas) are the main way to activate and balance
the chakras. Most yoga exercises (yoga-asana)
impact on specific chakras and a lesson is in order to activate a
specific order. Relaxation being a part of the yoga lesson
in this way we
have the opportunity and the ability to sink deeply into the energy and turn
a seemingly simple relaxation or self-hypnosis into "Immediate Relaxation".
This "recharging" of chakras is a life experience that brings us into
contact with the source of energy, our energy body so we are able to connect
again with the internal source of energy within us. It helps us to remove
stress and tension from our body and mind for a deep relaxation and complete
renewal with "Immediate Relaxation". |
